Week 4 Big Ten Football Predictions

5 conference matchups this week folks, only Michigan is out of conference taking on Delaware State.Once again my two cents and prediction on each of the games:

Ohio State @ Purdue (11:00 am CT)
Could things get any worse for Purdue? Now they have to play Ohio State? Yeah, they could be worse – they could be Illinos. Plus, they’re not at the Horseshoe. Unlike Illinois, Purdue really isn’t as bad as their record shows. They’ve been turnover prone, and that’s killed them. If they can manage to hold on to the ball they can make this a game. OSU edges it out, but Purdue gives them a scare.
OSU 24, Purdue 23

Northwestern @ Michigan State (11:00 am CT)
I have watched NU in a few games now, and I truly don’t believe they are any good. MSU is not good either, but they appear to have more talent at the skill positions, so I will go with Sparty in a close one (cause Kafka is a decent QB).
Michigan State 31, Northwestern 27

Wisconsin @ Ohio State (11:00 am CT)Tough game to call. Iowa seems to be the superior team, but they are coming off a close win at home against Michigan, and Wisconsin is at home and eager to redeem their pathetic performance against The Ohio State University. I say the Fadgers take this one.
Wisconsin 20, Iowa 14

Minnesota @ Penn State (2:30 pm CT)The Gophs manage to hang around for a bit due to some excellent special teams play and a defense that creates turnovers. Penn State has too much talent for Minnesota to overcome though.
Penn State 31, Minnesota 23

Illinois @ Indiana (6:00 pm CT)
Bottom of the B-10 barrel battle here. How did this become the prime time game? Awful. Will Illinois continue to keep playing worse every week, or will they get back on track and beat an Indiana team that just got whipped by ACC also-ran Virginia. I like IU at home to stick it to Ron Zook and friends.
Indiana 30, Illinois 13
